I have a 2002 and it DOES NOT have the 30A fuse. Can I pull the 60A fuse for the ABS delete?

Yes but it is bolted in place. Remove the bolt before trying to pry out of socket.

Thanks! I got it out and it worked like a charm. No more buzzing.

So I removed the fuse, drove it to the parts store, and now it won’t start. Any ideas anyone???

I love it when totally unrelated problems pop up after working on a vehicle. My favorite over the years was a lady who called up a friends shop screaming about how her car stopped running after "just having it in your shop for a service". They replaced a worn struts on her rear hatch. Despite explaining to her that it couldn't possibly have been any fault of their own, they agreed to look at it if she had it towed to their shop. The tow driver said the motor was completely seized. They checked the oil and it was bone dry aside for some carbon deposits on the very end of the dipstick. Her engine seized as it had never had an oil change in the 80 something odd thousand miles she owned it. When questioned she explained that she didn't think hybrids needed oil changes. The kicker is that the car was a honda civic. Non-hybrid.
