Merry Tacomas! Just saw this post. Has anybody else signed up for the deal yet or have any ideas on the discounted cost? I dig the concept of these campers and believe this brand sturdier than others - price is just a little much.

 

I hate to say it...this company is going to go under (again) real fast at these prices. No one is willing to dish out $2300 for a soft top. That’s triple the cost of the competition. Period. Better quality? Perhaps. But not 3X better.

 

I was. I wanted a soft topper that would support weight. So I ordered a Can-Back in September with a promise of 3 weeks to delivery. Cancelled my order in January after being repeatedly lied to by @Phoenix2000. This company has an F rating with the BBB, and I had to mention opening a case with them to get him to give me my money back.

I agree that it is going to go under again; it is inevitable.

It is a shame though, before they went under the first time the product was good and the company had a good reputation; which makes me think @Phoenix2000 was not the owner at that time.

 

I’ve been dealing with Bryon for almost a year trying to get my order straight. I’ll spare the the details, but it’s been very frustrating.

Bryon, if you see this, please call me back! I have the Tacoma in CA that had all the problems with the canvas. My name’s Mike. I know you know who I am. I don’t like putting out bad publicity like this, but it’s been nearly a year!!!

All of the phone numbers that I have for you are offline. This is no way to do business. You have a great product, but the worst service. Maybe going through MasterCard or the BBB is the only way I’ll see movement on this. I’ll give it a few days.

Well its 2020 and I just learned about this product, great idea and it looks nice but glad I didnt get stuck in a shiti deal.
