First post here. I've been running a simple icon setup with rxt stage 1 leafs, 2.0 shocks in rear and a 2.5 coilover in front. I recently went from a 265/75/16 to a 285/75/16. I went ahead and installed Icons tubular UCAs and immediately went to get an alignment. The guy came recommended to me and seemed knowledgeable. My issue is the camber adjustment was way off on arrival and below is the best we could get it. (1) Is it a big deal to be this far off on camber? 3.5° between the 2 seems like a ton and it does pull a tiny bit. (2) Is this some known issue with these UCAs or could I have some other issue preventing me from a good alignment? I'm not a pro but the install is pretty straightforward so I'm not sure what I could have messed up.

Any camber that far in the red is going to wear your tires out unevenly very fast.
I’m not a major expert at any of this stuff, but did you have your UCA ball joint nut fully torqued or did you have it set to a lower torque level before they aligned? Perhaps that could be a culprit, but I don’t know enough to say any other reason why. Hopefully someone can help you here. The only thing that should be in the red is your castor, which doesn’t affect tire wear

we have aligned multiple trucks with those arms and never had a issue.
with those numbers your gonna get a uneven tire wear, i would have another alignment tech over look it.

Everything was torqued to spec. That nut was torqued to 75 ftLb per the install directions.

Pre alignment it’s supposed to be set to less than spec. Usually around 45 lbs
