Cam bolts maxed out. Can't get the camber right. What could be the issue?

Unequal caster not allowing equal camber? Take away some caster to gain camber.
Then, check the SAI and included angle; along with camber, it can point you in the right direction.

Turns out my left spindle is indeed bent and is causing the issue as once I mess around with the caster, all the other readings can't get to the right number.
I just looked up ready-cut gusset options and seems like the Total Chaos ones are a solid option, but as per their site, I won't be able to use the factory wheels because of their offset .. Hmm..

I think Camburg makes a set that works with stock wheels and tires.

If your stock just replace the spindle. Might even find a set on here. Also when you adjust camber/caster it will change toe so adjust those first, lock it in, then adjust toe one side at a time, making sure the first finished toe adjustment stays the same, when you move to the other side to make that adjustment.

I used to see techs go back and forth from one tie rod end to other, adjusting the tie rod end if it changed it's reading, instead of just moving the wheel on the turnplate to get it back to the original, dialed in, adjustment. Saw that a lot and sometimes would cause crooked steering wheels.

I don't know; I'm not an alignment/body/suspension guy. Give me a labscope and a DVOM and I fill figure out what's wrong; suspension/driveline? That's voodoo shit! Seriously though, it may well NOT matter, probably doesn't, but maybe it sets a parameter in the machine that isn't achievable based on the actual tires... just making an observation.

Aside from the fact that ride height is supposed to be checked prior to alignment as it is the reference for alignment measurements...

If you increase tire diameter, positive scrub decreases, affecting dynamic toe... Basically, changing how the geometry interacts with the road through the tire.
