C1405 is for the right front speed sensor circuit, I'd give the wiring to the sensor a good look over for cuts or breaks before condemning the sensor.
If you don't see anything and your sensors will come out easily you can swap them and clear the code (just plug them in don't bolt them up) and see if the code moves to the other side (C1406), if it does you have a bad sensor.

The wiring is good, I tried swapping the sensor with the driver side but it won’t fit so I ended up buying buying a cheap one from Amazon. (Sensor wasn’t dirty when I took out) Also a multimeter to check the harness. What’s weird is that my abs light doesn’t come on but it does pop up on my scanner

Be careful with buying those cheap sensors off Amazon and ebay, more often than not they don't work properly.
That's odd unless it's a history code, will the code clear or does it come back immediately?

sensors are side specific. Swap with the right rear.

It doesnt clear but i tested with a multi meter and i get the same readings as the drivers side, so i guess it is a history code.
