Does anyone out there have a bumper hitch step they highly recommend?
With the new bumpers I would feel more comfortable if I had a little more insurance at the back end.
    Thank you.

I have it. I love it. It does get slick if it's wet, but very stout.

How snug does it sit in the receiver, any movement while driving?

I noticed rhino has a dominator bumper hitch step that looks pretty stout? Anybody have any experience with it?

Just pulled the trigger on this setup.
    1.) Tri-Global Hitch Step / Tow Point
Basically a more rugged, anti-slip version of the Smittybuilt Beaver Step:
    Website: https://www.tgl-global.com/products/tgl-hitch-step-tow-hitch-for-2-receivers
They have to be from the same manufacturer, both have the exact same design with a 10,000lb load rating but I just like how TGL added the welded cross hatch grip and textured powdercoat.. Not sure why smitty finished them in slippery gloss powder coat to begin with..
    Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XZLSFKT/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A23GO7B5XV9KKN

2.) Paired that up with this epoxy black locking hitch pin (make sure you go Class V min. 3 1/4" pin or it won't fit the 3rd Gen. reinforced 2.5" O.D. (outside diameter) hitch.) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J0ABS5M/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

3.) Also noted a few complaints of the smitty beaver step having a lot of play/rattle so I grabbed this hitch tightener kit:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IO2N44E/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A15KQ2EWUEW0DO

Hope everyone can find this research helpful.

If you are able to figure out how to get the hitch tightner to fit with the beaver step please share. I bought one and wasn’t able to get it to stay attached with the OEM reciever.

The one I bought had issues as well and I have a aftermarket receiver. I think it has more to do with the step than anything. I just ended up wrapping electrical tape around it and its fine.

Did this the past weekend and it worked great. Thanks for the suggestion. I also spayed my beaver tail with a bed liner material to help with the traction issues and small chips that were starting to rust

Looking to order the step today to get on to the bed. I will order this, unless I can find something else.
