IDK man. Did you see the 8K they released today? Lisa King is out as CEO of BBIG. She has been appointed president of ZVV. Which is the combined ZASH and BBIG. Farnsworth is co-CEO with John Colucci. Turns out Colucci's appointment put BBIG in non-compliance with NASDAQ independent board director requirements. They have asked him to step down for 60 days to have a law firm look at whether he is independent by NASDAQ guidelines.

So that leaves Ted as BBIG and Lisa as ZVV. They only reason I can think of for any of this shit is the merger is finalized. If they don't release that news at the meeting TUES I am gonna be pissed. To much fuckery to have to worry about fuckery within the fucking company itself. I don't have a tingly feeling about this shit. Time will tell.

I don't. They've had plenty of time for an independent valuation. They are moving management around as stated in the merger prospectus. The stock is getting hammered to all hell. They want this merger done before AUG earnings. Then they can combine ZASH's 40% of LOMO in those earnings. If Adrizer has had 3 full months instead of 3 weeks to generate rev it could be stellar earnings. Merger and earnings are the next chance to recover losses IMO.
