2015 Off Road w/7500 miles, every time I exit a car wash and proceed to stop, the front brakes 'grab' and shutter and basically make a lot of unnatural noise. After the initial stop and/or when the rotors dry they resume normal operation. Should I be concerned with the initial "grab", is it a sign of something wrong? Just want to know if I should do something while it is still under factory warranty.

Brakes are fine...it is normal after they get wet like that.....sometimes in the early morning when it's damp outside they will do it also

Normal. Rotors are clean metal, so when they get wet, they will form imperfections and rust on the surface. After the pads scuff them a few times they will back to their normal, clean faces. Look at your rotors next time it rains and your truck sits for awhile, they will prob have rust spots all over...after driving a bit they will be clean again.

Its the tire shine stuff they use I believe. I never have the problem when I use the self serve bays, as I dont shoot the chemicals on my tires(and accidentally coat the rotors). When I use the full service bays, I usually have brake issues the first few times I try to use them. The first time was terrifying!

    no not rust

op is talking about the brakes working far too well when they are wet like the time it takes
to go through a car wash, the brake characteristics change

mine do it, I think all TRD OR's do it to
    my 4runner never did it
and neither the yaris...but trucky truck ? oh yes all the time

but no chatter by the brakes themselves,
only chatter in that...they work so good I am as risk of lockup and engaging abs on the wet spot leaving the car wash ...that abs chatter

mine never chatter alone....but boy they work well when wet...

get brakes wet...car wash or rain or sitting by a sprinkler...the first use of brake can be super grabby

It may have to do with the Tacoma having Fixed Calipers over Floating Calipers like most cars have.
