2006 tacoma base 4 cylinder. How do I adjust so it grab higher. Like I almost push the pedal to the floor before I stop. There no leaks cause the reservoir is still full.

Are your Rear brakes adjusted up from the use of the parking brake??

Have you had the brake hydraulic system open since this problem started ?

Has this happened all at once over overtime?

Rubber brake hoses break down over time and when pressure is applied blowup like a balloon eating up pedal travel before doing any braking work.

I bet Tiny Tim the Tool man has a video on rear brakes. Have you tried to search?

If this happened all at once and your having no Fluid leaks .

Your drawing air someplace or an internal Master cylinder failure .ABS computer internal problem.

Is Your ABS light or MIL light on?

Get Help before you have a complete failure!

First make sure there is no air in the hydraulics system. Bleed the brakes.
    Adjust the rear brakes properly.

Replaced the hard line for the master cylinder to abs which was ebrake cause the light went off the one line had a rusted hole and was leaking. Truck off pedal spongy once turn on pedal almost goes to ground still stop bit pedal was stiffer before. So top fluid no leaks drove for a day and bleeding right now will report

Bled brakes, it grabs at the top soon as I press ,but still seem spongy. Maybe still air un lines or abs? I'll drive a lil more around and see if can get abs to activate. And rest of bubbles. No visible leaks . Fluid topped off.

You replaced the front pads and rotors after replacing that hard brake line.
After the front bleeding and it got better but spongy, if this is an 06 your front calipers may be getting worn out (crud in them, pitted body internal, and dry seals) so that often causes problems as well as old rubber flex lines to the calipers get soft. But spongy is a relative term as the Tacoma pedal always feels somewhat spongy or not rock hard on applying to me, but I have 09 with electric pump that pressurizes the system.
As post above says adjust those rears, but the rear wheel cylinders also get worn, the parking brake pivots rust solid, and drums get worn down/grooved so look back there.
If you rusted a line out I would guess other components are in sad shape also.

Did you only replace one pair of pads and one rotor?

There's where you introduced air into the system.

Did you bleed the brakes until no bubbles were in the brake fluid coming out of the bleeder valve?

Spongy pedal = air in the system. Air is compressible. Liquids (like brake fluid) is not.

I’m not sure if the 2.7 & 4.0 abs are the same.

Once you get air in the abs it’s a job for a dealership or someone with techstream to get it out.

Some have been successful using a gravel or sandy road to slam on the brakes to trigger the abs. Then bleed the system manually.

Before you do any of that you should do this.

    Replaced pad rotor December

Replaced hard lime 2 day ago.

Bled yesterday at least 6 times each tire

If I brake hard it has pressure from the top then spongy then grabs again close to the bottom.

If I brake fast it be jerky. It never consistent.

I'll try do the abs where cause it to engage on a rocky or dirt road. Gotta be going 15mph atleast right?
