Was just planning on swapping out my rotors and pads but the pins holding the pads are seized in the calipers. Have tried PB blaster with no success over several days, was able to cut one in half but it sheared off after trying to punch it out.

So have already purchased OEM Rotors and pads from toyota but cant afford OEM calipers, any suggestions for replacement ?

I see refurbished ones in the $100 range on ebay, and ones you'd have to refurbish
yourself in the $50 range... as long as they weren't corroded like yours they should
be good... I done the same to any number of Valkyrie calipers and been real happy
    with the results.

You should just upgrade to the Tundra calipers and rotors since you got to replace them.

Looks like NAPA has quite few options for you. I have one set on one of my trucks, No problems, but only maybe 2000 miles so far.

Check with the parts houses for a hardware kit for disk brakes. The kit should consist of 2 new guide pins and 2 new retaining wires. Should not cost more than a few bucks

Your calipers look to be in pretty bad shape, but you can rebuild the calipers yourself if you're so inclined. A caliper kit contains new inner seals and outer dust seals plus an O-ring for the inside of each caliper. You'll need something to get the rust off of the pistons - I use emery cloth. If you have a source of compressed air, getting the pistons out of the calipers is easy. Use clean brake fluid to wash off and wash out the crud. If the pistons show abnormal wear such as circles around the circumference, or if they have dings or gouges in around the circumference, then you'll need new pistons too. Good luck on that one!

Go slowly and get each part nice and clean before reassembling the caliper. Of course, you could buy a rebuilt caliper if you want and you'll save a lot of time (if the calipers are of decent quality, that is.)

I got replacement pins from parts store, I just cant get the current pins out so that's why I am looking at just buying new calipers at this point. Seems like I have everything I need to replace the rotors and pads, except according to all the posts my calipers are in pretty bad shape. Im guessing at this, but these are original calipers with 185k miles on them. At this point I am just trying to maintain the truck without investing alot of money into each repair. I am going to need a clutch soon as it is still original and timing belt is at 90k miles.
Is parts from Napa typically better than what you would get from Autozone or Advance ?

Tried pretty much all of the techniques he showed in the video except the impact chisel , I don't have that tool or air, but used a variety of punches and couldn't get either of the pins to move on the drive side caliper.

I went to change my pads out today, before my state inspection was due, simple I thought, but of course many mysteries awaited. I ran into the same issue, used heat, sledge w/punch, no joy. I was about to give in and take it to a local garage, and figured, I've been wanting to get nice, pretty gunmetal looking calipers anyway, so I decided to just replace both calipers, they were pretty well rusted out, albeit functional, for now.

@eidsondesign thanks for the response! I'm looking to replace my calipers but dont want to spend that much. I wonder if anyones had any issues with the remans from rockauto.
