Do a pressure flush with a high quality synthetic brake fluid. That will pull out all the old fluid and the new fluid is much more stable than OEM type fluid. A pressure flush should pull the old fluid from the ABS and everywhere else a regular bleed wouldn't get. You can get one from Harbor Freight if you have an air compressor or a good mechanic/brake shop should be able to flush it for you. Did this on ,my 6k pound Land Cruiser and made a noticeable difference.

How did you bleed the system? The service manual has a specific procedure. If you didn't bleed the LSPV you didn't do it correctly.

An extension to the LPV actuator rod is essential with a lift.
Without it you will have NO rear braking.

If you get to the point of not getting better braking after correctly repositioning the LPV arm and bleeding again, look into the Tundra brake upgrade.

    https://adventuretaco.com/making-it-right-tacoma-to-tundra-brake-upgrade/

On my 2003 I put on the OME suspension (~2" lift), a BAMF relocation bracket for the LPV and the stock brakes were crap when I was loaded up. So I did the Tundra brake upgrade with remanufactured 13WL Tundra calipers from Napa auto parts, EBC Greenstuff 7000 pads and StopTech slotted rotors. I didn't think about the braking power being weak ever again - even while loaded up.

This is hilarious for those of us with Tundra's. Probably the single biggest complaints about the 1st gen Tundra is the 13WE/WL calipers. That's good that they help the Taco's though.
