I've been getting this/these codes for a while. I bought 1 sensor because the other code was hidden behind the first. When I connected another reader I saw it was both upstream sensors errors. I haven't had a chance to replace the sensor I bought, but before I buy another is there any way to confirm these sensor are actually bad and that it's not something else throwing the codes? I've watches the voltages Realtime on both and do not see any variance in the readings. Any suggestions?

My check engine light is always on due to the emissions/Evap system leaks Codes 2419,043F,2402,043Eand 2401. I've replaced the Purge valve, complete canister assembly both OEM and Fuel sending unit because my gas gauge was not working. So even after all that I still can't get rid of these codes. To see any new codes I have to reconnect periodically to check, That's when I saw that O2 sensor code which I later saw with a different OBD was actually both BANK Upstream sensors. I looked yesterday and they haven't come back in since last week when I reset them. I to pictures of the codes, but somehow deleted them. I use my phone cam a lot at work so this could've easily happened. I'll keep checking and let you know when they come back.
