Boslla Bullet LED any good?

Was looking to upgrade my (currently stock) headlights on my Taco and ran into the Boslla Bullet LED headlights. Apparently you can switch between four different light settings all while using your trucks current headlight controls. It seems like a pretty cool concept but was wondering if anyone has any experience with them so far.

LEDs in halogen housings are very poor performing products. Multi-chip color changing LEDs retrofitted into halogen housings are even worse, the performance is aweful. Do not fall for all their marketing BS.

I installed them and I can only get one side to function at a time. I've tried multiple configurations with the housing and can't seem to get both sides to work at the same time. Any suggestions?
