Not sure if this has been beat or not?
Don’t believe I’ve seen anything here either.
The Bosch hepa filter is either too restrictive or too weak and collapses against the fan Seemed too good less money and hepa.
I had figured I pushed them too long.
Did a basic purolator that cost more and it all works way more better.

7 days with the the Bosch 14 on the purolator.

I’ve been using the purolator for a few years.
    So far, so good.
It’s obvious not hepa or charcoal.
But it catches the big stuff.

Call me cheap, but I take a quality 20x20 pleated home filter cut it down make new cabin filter. Can get about 3 out of on. Figure good enough for house good enough for truck

Reminds me of my mentality when I used to keep baby wipes in my car as a quick bird shit remover. If it’s safe for a baby’s ass it’s safe for my car

I won't use those 'high performance' filters in my house HVAC either. They're too damned restrictive. My opinion is that the cheapest cabin filter is the best. I just needs to keep the crap out of your fan motor.

The Bosch hepa is the cheap one at our local parts store.
2nd one I’ve used noticed 1st was collapsed but thought maybe I went too long.
I’ll have to look at making my own I use purolator filters for the house.
I buy in bulk so they were like 2$ each.

You may have had a mouse sneak in to your cabin? I had one get in and that's exactly what it did.
For filters, I use the generic ones on Amazon. It's amazing how filthy these filters get- they're are a great addition.
