born in texas built by texans sticker

anybody know where to find one of these for tacoma? multiple google searches failed... anybody able to custom make one?

 

Check the buy/sell section, there's a few vinyl cutters who can make it for you and offer great prices, products, and service.

 

They give them out on the Factory Tour.

The ones I got at the factory....are generic. They don't have the Toyota Tundra at the top. The rest look the same.

It is funny you should write about it..6 of my co-works have Tundras and they all come with the sticker on them..and the Tacomas don't...I guess that is because 100% of Tundras are made in Texas and I believe they have cut back on Tacoma production in Texas, so they can't say Tacomas are built by Texans since a lot are coming from Mexico. The local paper is always writing about how the Tundra demand is so high.

Tundras and Tacoma actually roll off the same line.

Also ask on the local San Antonio forums..I know several plant workers are on there.

Digging up the old threads, I want one of these stickers and I can't find any that don't say Tundra.

 

It was later discontinued after investigation revealed that “built by Texans” was wholly inaccurate.

Employees from Texas only made up 13% of the workforce in San Antonio manufacturing center.
