I am looking for body control module (Toyota may call something else), I assume it controls interior lights operated with door, it works well, then out of the clear blue it draws to much and kills battery overnight, I wanna unplug and confirm before I purchase one (typically not cheap and might be a dealer item only)

Toy also call it the Body ECU but hides it.

On your '07 if you remove the coin tray to the lower left of the steering wheel you will see JB No. 1 (Junction Box No. 1). On the reverse side of the junction box is the Body ECU. Its a bit of work to get to the thing, but not terrible, and it makes matters a bit easier to remove the lower dash panel first.

I originally was thinking body control module was my intermediate draw. I think I inadvertently while parked in my driveway with the keys and fob in a basket (not in my pocket) the 2007 Tacoma was locking and unlocking frequently, noticed the lights flashing, is the keyless controller separate of body control module, is it a dealer item only? It may also have a wire shorting out causing it to be engaged, does the 2007 Tacoma have an inherit problem I should check into before I replace wireless lock controller?
