Fixed my ac compressor, had a great summer of AC until the blower motor went out. I thought it had finally died, so as I was replacing it I noticed that the connector was really hard to take out, like I had to use screwdrivers to pry it out. The connector started to crumble because it was brittle from melting itself to the blower motor. Tested my blower motor and its fine, it was the connector that was the issue. I called the yota dealer and tried my best to explain what I needed and it seemed like the guy behind the counter was fresh out of the Wile E Coyote school of auto mechanics with how confused he seemed. Can any of you help me with a part number or something specific to look up to replace this connector? Any help is much obliged. Attached are pictures of said connector to blower motor.

Cheap easy permanent fix would be to get a couple insulated female spade terminals and crimp one on each wire, plug them each on the correct spade on the motor and problem solved.

The connectors generally melt because over time the connection gets slightly loose and/or they get a bit of corrosion which causes high resistance in the connection which in turn causes it to heat up. The other cause would be a blower motor that is drawing too much current.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Since the blower motor runs through the 40 amp fuse things can tend to get slightly warm before the fuse opens.

old age connections get loose and corroded and dirty all can cause added resistance and heat

X2 you probably cannot get that one single plug from the dealer, anyway.

I went through so many blower motors and those 50amp fuses due to a half melted connector - the saga would not stop until I Purchased the connector and the two copper wires Toyota sells that sort of snap into place into the connector. All you need to do is splice those two wires into your the harness (+ and -) wrap it up in electrical tape for extra strength and be on your merry way
