I want to purchase a black Toyota grill emblem for my '13 to replace the chrome one. Anybody know of any links or companies that make them? Would prefer not to paint the stocker. Also is it easy to remove or do I have to remove the entire grill? Thanks bros

    Not much so far
Why not plasti dip the stock one. If you don't like it you can easily peal it off.

A little tuff to see, but plasti dip the emblems worked great for me. The wheels are rattle canned. Cheap and extremely easy to do.

Anything that was shiny is now black
I was really hesitant on Plasti-dipping mine as well. It's so easy to do... I've now painted my emblems, badges, chrome grill surround (like above), and rear bumper. It's really like consequence free painting. If you don't like it then it's like peeling off sunburn skin...

Ok so it just pops off and I can pop it back in? Or should I just tape around it just to save time peeling

Take it off. Clean it with alcohol. And spray away!

On the back of the emblem in the grill there are tabs that hold it in. Its a lot easier to take it off before you spray.

The other emblems I think it's easier to spray on the truck, but not the one in the grill.

Plastic dip is very easy and it lasts a long time.Just make sure you give it 3 or 4 light coats instead of one heavy coat.

Even if you do end up breaking a clip like myself, you can gorilla glue that bad boy back on and youre in business. I did this and its still hanging on a month or two later

That is a possibility if you wanted to black everything out and not worry about painting and keeping your stocks. I did just paint mine though and got a gloss that sticks decently to chrome. Haven't had any issues with it. Popped it out, took a few coats to get it level and a good black.
