Dumb question. Wouldnt these rims make it harder to dissapate heat on the brakes since theres no spoke design to let air flow through?

I bought the wrong wheels (dummy) had to clearance the dimples and brake caliper +1/4" spacer + longer studs. Do your homework, hopefully you already have some Steelies floating around that just need some DIY TLC!! Welding pics in my build thread, no idea where as it is a mess

I normally leave my truck at home when I go to the race track  just kidding. Just busting balls there. So far I haven't experienced any kind of brake fade or excessive heating so far under normal driving. Have not gone off road with them yet but at that slow of speed I doubt you'll experience poor performance from brakes.

In fact biggest gripe I've got so far is my SHIT gas mileage. Went from about 16.5 down to 12.5. These tires and wheels are HEAVY! wheels weigh 35 and tires weigh 63 pounds each. My odometer is off a bit from the bigger tire but even after I adjust for that I'm getting in the lower 13mpg rating

What wheels did you end up using? Looks like some procomps.

Oh and also....when you install new wheels also take notice of how much thread is being used by the lug nuts. When I first put my wheels on I noticed that they only grabbed about 1/4" of thread which was about 3 threads at best. I used a Toyota matrix stud that are ~1/2" long. Only thing is the extra length comes from a shaft that is not threaded. Just something to watch out for you guys

I really like the BR Armory - They are heavy with BROKO2s, but you can always swap gears, get a tune and ECT to make up for it.

What are the specs on those Rhino’s?! Are they the 17x9.5 - 18mm or did you go custom?

They are 17x9.5 - ordered them from Discount Tire.
