i have a set of black oak led pods and the drivers side is very dim compared to the passengers side. They are both running of the same harness which i checked for loose or dirty connections and couldn't find any. Just wondering if there's anything else i can check or if the led pod is done for

Did you try swapping sides? Make sure it's the pod and not the harness.
