Got mine and took them to Wescott to have them installed and the bushings were too big and they were unable to install. I went with Camburgs and the funny thing is, they are identical to the eye.

Camburg is right down the street from my house but I thought I’d give these a try.

Hopefully you got the right bushings to complete the job. I'm sure they will be great!

It’s kitted up by Bilstein so should be G2G

The bushings were too big in what way? Too wide? Diameter too large?

You can assemble the bushings beforehand. Skip the metal sleeves. If the bushings sit nicely in the cavity, it should be G2G.

It was my understanding the bushings wouldn't fit into the UCA's. I bought them from 4WP and when I returned them he checked too and they were too large.

Huge shout out to @Superdave1.0 What a pro and actually allowed me to get my hands dirty helping out.
Probably the only complaint I have about these bad boys is there is no supplied dust cover for the ball joint zerk.
But rumor has it and confirmed with Bilstein that Dirt Kings fit!
Removed the old UCA bolts by cutting them off and installed new ones turned around so it was easier and didn’t have to bend a bunch of sheet metal.
Bushings and sleeves went in perfect with a press and careful setup.
In fact I don’t think I need an alignment but I’m getting one anyway. Rides AWESOME!

All I can say is easy day thanks to Superdave. Mahalo brother!

Late post, but I bought some of these back in September and just now got around to trying to install them. I spent over half an hour trying everything to get the bushings to go in, to no avail.

I contacted the distributor late last night to see what my options are.

Put the UCA in the sun or warm them up. Put bushings in fridge. Grease and install.

Solid! I’ll try it. I had clamps going, rubber mallets, and grease… all to no avail. But I like this. Thank you.

Update: I tried all of the above and still a no-go. 4WP was kind enough to coordinate w/ Bilstein to get some new bushings to me. Same part #. Same result. They refuse to fit.

I bought a 5” bolt, two large washers, and a nut, in an attempt to tighten it down and squeeze the bushings into place… nada.

Emailed 4WP Sunday to see what my next options are. Super disappointed that the Bilstein UCAs aren’t working out. Hopefully we can get a resolution and I can proceed with installation soon.

If located in SoCal I can get them in for you. Just need to find a competent installer. It can be done.

I appreciate it so much. I’m way across the country in Georgia.

But I just need a reason to visit SoCal and I’ll bring them along and take you up on that.

Seriously though, I’ll try to find a local shop that can work some magic. Thanks for the offer and the push to go that avenue! That’s what I needed to hear.
