Can anyone point to a good contact to order replacement rear shock eye bushings for my 5100's? My 5100 part number is F4-BE5-C478-T0. They were sold by RCD. I have looked everywhere and am not finding anything. Bilstein Corp won't help because they sell the shocks to RCD as a vendor and therefore service falls on RCD. I called RCD and they don't have any info except a bushing kit number which does not contain the lower eye bushings. (I know because I ordered it on their advice and it found out after it was not what I needed: B4-KT1-Z008A-00)

I assume this is a standard size rubber bushing and sleeve for Bilsteins, and not specific to a certain vendor but I cannot get a confirmation as nobody wants to claim ownership of the part.

    Thanks in advance.

how bad are the bushings? If they are worn out n messed up, its likely time to just replace the shock!

Just got the new bushings in..... Not even close. I cannot believe it is so hard to find a replacement. Potentially, I am looking at having to buy a new rear shock because I cannot locate a $5 bushing.....

I ordered mine directly from Bilstein for my 5100's. Cost $26 for two sets so I can replace the bushings in both from struts.

I called Bilstein. They said they can't help.

Do you have the part # of your shock? I might be able to use that to get a replacement that will fit mine. The part number on my shocks is specific to RCD Suspension. Bilstein won't have anything to do with a "custom" shock their vendors sell aparently.

Thank you, but this is all about my rear shocks. Specifically, the lower eye bushing for the rear shocks. I mentioned in the first post these were the bushings I received but were the wrong ones.

Why not? There just pieces of rubber, with washers. When I bought my last set of 5100's, I couldn't remember if the first set came with bushings, so I ordered a stock set also (I also bought front springs, so I just bought them all together). They are the same size as the ones from Bilstien.

Awesome. I will try that route. Meanwhile, I have a bunch of bushings to return :/

Sorry man, I just re-read your post, and now realize what your talking about. The previous link won't get you any where, but I did find this:

It's a 4Runner thread talking about the same issue. Looks like it's a different 5100 part number as ours though, coupled with the fact that yours are different than the rest of ours, it will be a stretch at best: I'll have to agree with nd4spdbh, and say if that's worn out, it's likely time for new shocks any way.

The bushing wasn't worn out. The previous owner damaged it and removed it, but did not replace it.

Thanks, I will see if this works as well. At a glance, from the picture, this is not the same bushing as I have on my Bilstein.

Did you ever find a part number?
