Has anyone uninstalled and changed ghe circlip setting on Bilstein 5100 front shocks after being installed for several months.

reason for asking. I kept stock coils but am now wanting to get new coils but need to set the circlips to the lowest setting to keep the same amount of front lift.

I am not sure if the circlips will be fused in a way and not able to be changed. Just to save me time before disassembling. Thank you

They should be removable. If they are rusted from living in salt world, maybe order some fresh ones.

Environment will dictate this but you should be good to go. I'd spray a small amount of penetrant on them before attempting to remove them. The stainless steel tube is also in your favor.
