Has anyone else experienced that these tires ride pretty rough? Cause I'm question the dealership ability to balance the tires. Just got new 265/75/16 bfgoodrich all terrain ta ko2 and there riding rough.

Maybe drop it, But I also had bilstein 4600s OR model trim. What suspension does the SR5 come with?

That's too high for an E-load. Hell, thats too high for a C-load, unless you have a shit ton of aftermarket weight.

KO2s are notorious for being a PITA to balance.

If you use the LT tire air pressure calculator, your e loads should be 37 cold. Google it.

I did not really have any issues with them but depending on your weight and such like others mentioned. If you have a fairly stock struck thats way to high. They are going to be much stiffer than any C rated or stock tire. Most people outside of the mall crawl believe in the tougher sidewalls on some tires that actually have 10 ply. Some E rated are actually closer to D rated and have less.

What size tire do you have and what does the rest of your truck look like? that would help us here.

Actually LT tires require more psi than SL to support the same weight. For example, stock size SL can be 29-30. If you go E load stock size, you will need 37 psi to support the same weight. You can check out LT tire air pressure calculator.

The link @Mrtacoman88 posted is great. Take out the guess work and do the chalk test. That wil tell you where to put it. Last time I did that my front and rear are different based on where the weight sits.

Also if plan to keep it stock I would recommend looking into C-Rated your MPGs will thank you.

So if Idrop the air to 35 psi should ride a little smoother?

I run higher on my E-Rated but the truck is HAF. Chalk test will take the guess work out.
