Well I ordered a 6112/5160 combo from rogue offroad asking them to give me an inch in the front and they ended up sending it to me a notch higher than I asked, so I'm sitting with .5 of bro lean. I hate to get a block to even it out after i just spent 1500 on suspension, and I keep hearing add a leafs make the ride quality harsher. Is there any other option that is 1-1.5 inches of rear lift? I'm not seeing any full leaf packs that are under 2". I dont want to do 2" because ill have way too much rake. Is a 3 leaf add a leaf really that bad?

1 inch blocks in the rear are fine. Replace the entire leaf pack in 50k miles.

I did the HS AAL 3 leaf pack with my TSB leaf pack. I removed the overload (that would have raised it closer to 2" and it doesn't really work correctly with a AAL in there anyway) and I think it rides really good, not harsh at all. Very much stock like.

Another option is firestone airbags. I'm thinking of adding them to my set up for when I get mulch, crushed rock etc. I don't want to wreck the springs without the overload in there, and you can fine tune the ride height.

Exactly. You want some rake. Perfectly level with no load looks strange when you load it and drives strange to. But if you never load it I guss it would be ok. I prefer some rake.

Icon rxt leaf pack is amazing, completely changed the way my truck drives for the better. Softer and stiffer at the same time, compliant, yet holds up the weight without any lean

I mean, a 1” block will not change the ride at all and is cheap...probably the answer in your case. The 3 leaf AAL packs will lift more than an inch and will probably slightly stiffen the ride. I didn’t notice the stiffness, but I do have a cap so have some weight back there.

I'm looking at those right now. I'm thinking the first stage for my application. Thats great news on the ride quality!

I hate the idea of a block for some reason. Just seems like a cheap bandage fix. Going to probably go with the icon rxt leaf pack like was suggested.

I had the wheelers 3 leaf progressive aal before and let me tell you, it is a significant difference in ride quality, so much so that my truck drives better. Over big bumps or dips it just soaks it up without hitting the bumpstops, I think since I’ve only bottomed out once or twice.

The 3 leaf progressive that Icon/All Pro/Wheelers sells would accomplish what you want. The leaf pack will definitely do it but with most people reporting the aal kit with overload removed only giving and 1" of lift you'd sit where you want where the leafpack will net you more lift. Are both 6112 set 1 click higher than you wanted? Usually they set the drivers one click higher than passenger to account for tacoma lean. Remember they will settle in too.
