Upgrades for what? Could be anything.

Do you want 40's and tons, or LED map lights?

Front bumper could use an alignment, tho.

I think it would look good with the fender flares and bumper plastic restored back to black. Could also consider replacing your window belt trim, looks like the black coating has worn off. Part numbers on those are 68210-04020 and 68160-04020. I tint all of my cars, so that would be the next thing for me at least.

Bought my 04 TRD 4x4 new. 265k now. Tundra front brakes with steel braided lines from Wheelers was hands down the best bang for the buck. I did it when the original Tundra WE calipers were cheap and readily available. I'd probably do the WL version, (Same rotor I think, but larger caliper) if I had to do it again. I've read there are even larger brakes available from the Lexus GX series now. I believe those require at least 17" rims though-I want more tire/less rim. Found Brembo blank rotors at rockauto on clearance and used stock Tundra pads. Pads lasted 90k & the rotors longer. Did the work myself so I used the extra $ to do the Wheeler's 3 rear spring pack, OME 881 springs with Bilstein 5100 shocks. The cheesy spring compressor was scary though...I run the 5-star rims off a Limited 4runner with 235/85-16 BFG KO2's. Bit squishy 'round freeway cloverleafs but I picked up some MPG and the traction in snow is better than the wider 265/75 versions. And they don't rub the frame at full lock like the 265/75's did. Everything else is stock. After the front brakes, I'd say get a Scangauge II. I plugged in a Scanguage to monitor trans temps. Turning off the overdrive on hills or when loaded helps alot. I have a trans cooler to install next.

I like to say the best upgrade you can do to your truck is a daily driver.

    Also, what @1997tacomav6 said.
