Can anyone in the Jacksonville, FL area chime in on the best dealer service department? Want to hear the good, bad and ugly experiences y’all had.

Google up and find a good reasonably priced independent shop. Ask other drivers around town.
I got lucky and found a shop that only works on Toyota's near me. Good people good work reasonable price.
    Same with the wife's Subaru.

An important good-flag is if the 'folks' have been at the same place for several years and have lots of repeat customers.

    I can recommend Arlington Toyota.
My 2022 had a bad pin in one of the connectors to the ECU. Pin was too small and under vibrations would center itself and shut my truck off.
Sometimes I just shook the truck and it would restart and drive fine.
Other times it would turn over but not start. After 15 minutes of that and fearing my battery was about to die, it would start.
Arlington Toyota figured it out in a couple of days.
They told Southeast Toyota and were called liars until they showed them.
New truck with only 800 miles on it when it started happening, so it came from the factory that way.
At first no one believed me but on a test drive it happened to the technician.
Been running great but always in the back on my head, is there another bad pin.

That's a crazy experience for sure. Glad they were able to figure that out!

I've always preferred the dealership in Brunswick. I never get some BS from the service advisor when it comes to maintenance, preventative or corrective.
