With a new bumper on the way, I'm now looking at getting cube lights to take the place of fogs. I'm looking for SAE approved lights cause I'm that guy that leaves his fogs on whenever the headlights are on. At least what brands are trustworthy? I'm currently considering Rigid's D series fogs

I’ve got the rigid SAE fogs. They are awesome.

There's Rigid. Then there's everybody else. Never second guessed any Rigid purchase I ever made.

That's kind of what I figured, after looking at rigid's products the only other ones that look comparable in quality are baja designs, I just dont like baja's aesthetics.

Rigid here good light but even though it has a flat cut off beam it is a tall beam so just be wary of how you aim them if always on. I kinda consider mine more of an aux high beam vs true fog.

Yeah, I could always just angle them down a bit for a more normal cut off height

The only thing you might consider is waiting if you want the selective yellow version of the pods, being released this month. Currently in SAE pods, nobody even comes close to the output of Rigid. You can see prototype testing at the link below, though they since changed to a warmer LED which should make for a richer yellow:
