I have 3 inch king shocks front and rear for my 2001 tacoma and they ride absolutely terrible. They're super bouncy and very rough riding. Im planning on selling them and getting a different 3 inch lift. What is the best riding lift that doesn't cost too much?

I just put in some Toytec coils after running camburgs for years, the ride quality was night and day. I was running a heavier spring on the camburgs to be fair. For $894 out the door these are hard to beat imo.

I recently installed these too. The Toytec Aluma Series are nice and actually manufactured by Elka Suspension.

Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils on lowest setting, JBA upper control arms, LCE header, 31x10.5x15 falken wildpeaks.
Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils if you have no extra weight up front. If extra weight go 883 coils. I made a mistake and got the 880 coils. I’m on the lowest setting but I’m going to move it up to the middle soon.

You got a full blown Kings setup all around and they ride like cr@p? You sure their not leaking/blown or have other suspension issue? Going from Kings to OME or Toytec is a major downgrade.

If the coilovers and shocks aren't leaking or blown as mentioned above, the next step is to remove a lot of preload.

Any coilover available for these trucks will ride like shit if you've got the preload cranked up all the way.

I run Kings front and back and it's stupid plush everywhere I go.

Revalve them and keep them, change your coils, are they 650 lb coils or more? You have options, I would not ditch them for bilsteins.

I just put Foxs on and they’re pretty nice. Really rough when the pre load was cranked up but after adjusting its fine.
