I have a Napa/Maxitrac 12 v air compressor and want to replace the battery clamps with Anderson connectors.
For those who have done this , where is the best place to mount the connector?
    Thanks!

Wow no replies. What did you end up doing?

I think I will put one in the bed and one in the front, both switched. It’s the front where I don’t have any idea. I’m getting a front bumper with winch mount soon so I’m thinking maybe mount on it.

I ended up mounting it in the rear seat delete storage space that I built, I just run it off my auxiliary battery

I know this is an old thread, but just a shot; any heat issues with that in such a tight spot & surrounded by carpet? TIA

I ran a circuit to the bed and put a panel where the cubby is. Best place for me since I carry a portable compressor and it’s stored right next to it.
