I'm looking for a shop to do an alignment for my truck and am located near Santa Rosa/Cotati. I have a lift with Bilstein 6112/5160 and OME UCAs on pizza cutter 33s so I'm looking for suggestions for some place that knows what they're doing with lifted trucks and 4x4s. The shop I took my truck to to get the lift installed a few months ago is terrible at alignments according to my friend, lmao. If anyone has a suggestion for the Santa rosa/Petaluma area please let me know! Ideally Santa Rosa since I'm closer to there than Petaluma. Thanks guys.

I'm gonna give them a call on Monday, hopefully they can squeeze me in for an afternoon appointment since I work a half day. Do you happen to have your alignment specs from Ralph's and what size tires are you running? I took my truck back to the shop that did my suspensions today to have them try to dial in the alignment but now my front driver tire brushes against the fender liner in the back of the wheel well on my 255s. I'm gonna just bite the bullet and take the truck to someplace else.

What wheels are you running? I'm on ST Maxxs in 255, dino has geolanders in 255. Not sure what his alignment ended up but shoot for 0 camber, 3-4 caster and 0 toe...that's roughly where I'm at and I believe he is too

Falken Wildpeaks MT01 in 255/85r16 size with oem bronze Trail Edition wheels. My caster after the alignment job from this morning is 2.1 front left and 2.5 front right. Does adjusting it to 3-4 move the tire forwards in the wheel well?

I am by no means an alingment expert, but i dont believe positive caster really moves the wheel forward per se, I think if anything it might bring it closer to the fender. I'm assuming caster adjustments are made on the UCA, so for positive caster you would be effectively sliding the top of the wheel back towards the fender liner? What notch are your 6112s set at? Surprised you're rubbing, I don't know the spec on the oem wheels, I'm on f5s 0 offset and have never had rubbing issues whatsoever.

I have the 6112s set to whatever notchea that lifts it 2 inches. I believe on the older versions it's botches 5 and 4 but I have the new SKUs that has way more height settings. I had oem UCAs for about a year after the lift. Brought the truck back to the same shop to get the OMEs put on and it didn't rub either but the steering wheel was turned a bit left while going straight. Had them re-do the alignment to straighten it out and that's when it started rubbing. Caster was 3.4 and 4.0 before when the rubbing wasn't an issue.

Getting the caster back is probably a good place to start, chiming in because I know Dino is camping with no service till tomorrow. Hopefully the alignment guy can set you straight, sorry I'm not very good with all the alignment crap!

Nah man, I appreciate your insight. BTW, is Dino pronounced "Dee-no" or like "Dyno"?

Haha its "Dee-No", we'll all have to get a trip together once you get dialed in.

Awesome, thanks for the input! I'll ask them to get my camber and toe as close to 0 as possible and caster over 3.

Just called them, they set me up for an alignment tomorrow. I've never been so excited for what was basically routine maintenance on my old car, lmao.

Did you get your suspension installed by a shop around Santa Rosa? I'm looking for a recommendation for a good shop to do new leaf and shocks.
