I currently don't have steel bumpers or rock sliders on my truck and need a jack for off road. I have a 3" lift and 265 75 r16's. I'm looking for recommendations for a stable jack that can lift my truck enough to change out a tire on a Colorado trail

you factory jack will work fine. for a larger footprint, cut a 4x4 into 12" pieces, then glue and screw 3 of them together. 12" square 4" tall.

Get a heavy duty scissor jack with a wide footprint. They take up minimal space and are miles safer than a high lift to work around.

I have an old 50s scissor jack with a reduction gear that I found in a barn. It’s a beast.

Tires make the truck sit higher off the ground, not suspension lift. Unless you lift by the frame. Your tires are barely bigger than stock.
