Best lift for 99 2wd 5 lug tacoma

Just bought a 99 tacoma 2wd 5 lug extra cab truck. I plan to work out of the truck and once I got the back loaded with my tools,noticed a drop. I've got 15" aftermarket wheels, and want to ask what is the best, and affordable way to lift the back end of truck. Any expertise in this area would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info !! I think since I will be carrying weight in the bed all the time and I have a fiberglass topper I'll go with a add a leaf . Any ideas on the best brands, and will they hold up, or flatten out pretty quickly?

The wheels are voxx brand , and I'm going with the street look, but I've got to work this taco.
