I have a 2006 Tacoma Prerunner / 4 Door, that is sagging in the front, it sits much higher in the back than it does in the front. And is due for new shocks. My question is, since I need to do this anyway, should I just buy a set of Bilstein 5100's adjustable shocks?
Im not looking for a huge lift, just enough to level it out, maybe a little bit taller than a stock truck, and handle a light off road every once in a while, but with out spending a small fortune on my suspension. Let me know if anyone has any recommendations! Thanks!

Yes this or just the 5100. If you front has sagged the the coils themselves are worn and should be replaced somehow. The 5100 alone will not fix your problem. If you end up with 3rd gen and it doesn’t give you quite enough then you can add a 1/4” spacer that’ll give you an additional 1/2” of lift.

Great Call, I was looking at the EMU 885 coils. Might as well due it all since Im in there, but if I go with 2" lift, do I need to buy new control arms too, to avoid rubbing?

At 2” probably no uca required. When you get closer to 2.5” then odds go up. With that said every truck is different. Not 100% up to speed on ome part numbers but call headstrong offroad and talk to them (Marie I believe) and they’ll get you on the right direction.
