I just installed the Husky on my 17 Taco OR. I've had WeatherTech on my Range Rover Evoque, and the they're equally as good. Although the WeatherTech is a hard plastic feel where the Husky is a nice rubber feel. I hear the warranty on the Husky is far superior. So I went with Husky for my OR.

I was able to punch a couple holes in my husky's and put a long tear in the passenger side one on my '09 somehow. I'm sure I could have sent them back and gotten new ones if I cared to. I have the WT's in the new truck so I will see if I can break them. So far WT has been great on customer service for the visors.

so what's the bottom line for MT trucks? i was also holding out for the x-act contours, but that's not an option. what's the best option specifically for MT's regarding all the basic points including left foot support?

Does anyone make decals for the floor mats to cover up the Husky or WeatherTech logos? a TRD or Tacoma decal would look good there...probably get chewed up after a while I suppose, now that I think about it. Maybe not a good idea.

Some adhesives have a tough time bonding to the "soft rubber" I'd be curious to see how one would hold up.

Husky WeatherBeater liners upfront and X-Contour liner in the rear. I wanted the rubbery X-Contours up front, but the dead pedal portion is too wide and interferes with the clutch. I had Weathertech's in the past and liked them, but I wanted to try the highly TW praised Husky mats. Coverage is great on the Husky mats. Completely and safely covers the entire dead pedal. My mats are filthy from getting in and out all day at job sites. They have already saved my interior from a lot. You will be happy with them.

I have the oem in my 16 trd sport, they are ok but I hate the fact that I can't keep them clean. They are a kind of porous rubber and after I clean them they look instantly dirty as soon as my shoes touch them. Are the husky a little shinier/ smoother rubber?
I realize all mats will get dirty but the oem almost attract dirt it seems like.

I've had the newer version of the Toyota all weather mats for about 1.5 years with a lot of in and out with mud and dirt and they still look brand new after you wash them off. They also stay in place flawlessly for me.

They fit better than the weather tech set I tried. They also don't get caught on peoples shoes as easy when getting in as the weathertechs since they don't have that overhang (which I know some people like). Also the weather tech rear mat is absolute garbage.

Love my husky mats. One of my favourite “mods”. Had to cut a small notch for the clutch pedal though. These were MT floor mats too.
