    Wanna put some full coverage floor mats in my 24 Pro. Both front and rear. Which, in your opinion, is the best floor mat? Lots of choices on Amazon.

    I prefer softer, rubber type mats if they exist. Are there any available or are all of them that thin, stiff TPE plastic like Weathertech uses?

    My truck is a Pro so will all Tacoma floor mats fit in the rear considering the battery is under the rear seat? Maybe the mats for a Pro are different than from all non-Hybrid Tacomas?

    thanks everyone!!!!

    I bought a set of weathertech for the wife's RAV4, front and back. They look very nice and are pretty thin but give good coverage, but with that being said I won't buy another set of them. I recently took them out to clean them and they have dirt in them that I can not remove, scrubbed them with soap and water and a brush, the dirt stains won't come out. In my Tacoma I have the Toyota all weather mats, thick soft and clean up nicely.

    I loved the OEM floor mats in my 2022 Pro. They were soft rubber and had great coverage. The 2024 Pro OEM floor mats are also soft rubber. However, the coverage is very poor, especially the rear floor mats. The OEM Pro rear floor mats are two piece. They do not cover the “hump” in the center. I do not like this!

    I agree with this. My WeatherTech do a good job in winter at containing the melted snow, slush and salt, but they don't fit as well on my Tacoma as they did on two previous cars I had them in, so a lot of sand ends up on the carpet near the edges. I also agree that they are nearly impossible to get clean year-round. I have used Simple Green, Mr. Clean and even Cascade powdered dishwasher detergent, with a stiff marine brush and they still look dirty in places. We're talking day-to-day normal use here: not in and out on muddy roads or nasty construction sites. I also think they just mailed it in on the fit for the rear floor-liner. They do hold the melted snow well, but I take them out for the summer and swap in my Toyota all-weather mats, which look good and clean up nicely with just the hose nozzle.

    I love Weathertechs. The HP line of mats have great coverage. I also like them because they're made 45 minutes from me and I go to the factory store to get them!

    Tuxmat. The very best mat with good cushion, good foot traction, and more coverage than the 24 hour news.

    I'm not sure if they have the 4th gen available yet, but if not, wait. I've tried many liners both cheap and expensive. There's no brand that even comes close.

    The Tuxmat looks very nice with all that coverage, do they stain from dirt and grime after washing?

    Is the Tuxmat soft rubber or thin, stiff plastic like WeatherTech?

    They do not. They wipe down easily with a wet rag. I have them in both of my other cars, but sadly, I don't have them in my truck. At least not yet.

    :anonymous::anonymous:

    They are thick and cushioned. Not hard plastic.

    Are you able to get them clean? I had some regular floorliners, (not HP), and could never make them look decent after they got dirt on them.

    I've always been able to get them almost perfect looking. Even the non HP mats. I hose them off occasionally to get dust out. To get mud and heavy soiling off I use a stuff brush and their mat wash. Sometimes I follow up with the protectant but not every time...

    Somebody needs to make mats for Hybrid Tacomas. The rear seat hump is larger in the Hybrid.

    I grabbed a set of lasfit. They are not stiff plastic, but not really floppy like the OEM rubber mats. Nice fitting and have the right amount of flexibility/softness. Hopefully they don’t start to curl like many others do after a year or soo? $118

    I’ve run WeatherTechs and Husky. I prefer husky in a wet muddy environment. More pliable and a little thicker.
