did you ever figure this out

    DRT claims they're the best
I see C4 came out with one that looks identical and seems more commonly sold with their larger 'high clearance splash shields kit'

I think the difference is more clearance with CMR > CMC
but much higher cost; was quoted $1k CMR out the door
vs CMC you hear it being done for $300 all the time

I know some people out there have gone through 2 or 3 CMC's, some even being very close to a CMR (before CMR existed) in effort to gain more clearance if they continue to get rubbing

parts cost is different as well
    CMC plates, parts = $40
    CMR parts = $250+

CMC may potentially be less and easier work for a fabricator to install
the question is can you get away with just CMC, and will it work.
I think that would be dependent on:
    -wheel offset
-tire width, skinny 35 (10/10.5") vs wide (12/12.5")
    -alignment specs
-suspension such as UCA, LCA pivots upgrade, etc.

Ours is by far the best by fitment and overall quality standards. I’ve gotten photos of every other kit that’s out there all of which have fitment issues… TW users get 10% off also. Shoot me a message for the code.

Interesting in knowing what you went with as well.

I'm rubbing on reverse with CMC and considering CMR or 6" lift. Already at 4" lift but with .75" wheel spacers on 0" offset 4.75" bs wheels.

I just installed the DRT relocation kit. Absolutely a solid kit. It moves the cab mount enough to fit 37" tires. Cutting off the factory cab mount is an absolute bitch and takes a lot of time to prep the frame for the mounting plate but once it was all tacked in place, burning in the mount was a breeze. I just moved the driver's side harness out of the way and put a heat sink on top of the frame to keep the heat from the harness.

3 times I’ve had a customer provide a cab mount relocation from c4 and every time it doesn’t fit worth a damn. The plate doesn’t fit behind the mount so it requires a bunch of extra flap disc work to get their kit to fit correctly. I stock drt mounts so I welded one up and it fit like a glove against the frame.

Another installer close by has had issues with c4 fitment aswell. I’ll be posting a video on my ig later showing the differences in fitment.

I have had my DRT CMR for about 20k miles and have not had any issues. Quality and fit is amazing! I'm even getting ready to pull the trigger on their hammer hangers next. I will say do your home work and make sure you find a good reputable company to install it for you if you go that route.

Also I'm pretty sure DRT Fab is a one man operation. I don't know if they hired more people but they really stand behind their work and have great customer support if you have any questions.
