There will be more thanks to this damn Forum!
I have Bilstein 5100s front and back with the 1.6" Eibach coil springs in the front and a 2 inch AAL and have zero complaints. Rides better than stock and fits 33s. I bought the lift through Toyteclifts.com

5100s/ome struts paired with ome 885x with top plate spacer, 5100/ome struts with ome 887, 5100s paired with eibach all work well and will be within budget. Throw in spc (light racing) uca and either a 1.5"or 2" aal and it'll run about $900 more or less. STAY AWAY from SPACERS & BLOCKS. hit up @HeadStrong Off-Road, their prices are usually the cheapest :mudding:

That's going to be highly dependent on the wheels and tires you end up selecting, not so much on the lift as long as you end up around 2.5-3".

Right now I have 265/70/17's lifting up to 2.5 so hopefully they dont look too skimpy. 285's in the future but might have to change out stock UCR arms?

I like the look of the big tires, but I don't think it will look bad with that size of tire unless they are street tires...then it might.

What wheels do you have or what wheels will you be running with the 285s?

Also, the UCAs won't do much for fitting big tires. They wI'll likely have a small effect, but if you have the wrong backspacing on your wheels 285s wil rub the UCA regardless of what kind of UCAs you have.

Should be fine then, on the tires rubbing the UCAs that is, just so long as the backspacing on them is around 4.5". You will probably have some trimming to do on the splash guard inside the bumper and possibly fenders though. Cab mounts too if you plan on wheeling hard.

Yup. Best bet would be to scour the builds on here and find somebody with your wheels and the tires you want or tires with the same measurements. I'm sure somebody is running that setup because that's a popular wheel and tire.

Maybe just start a thread, "anybody with method double standards and 285 ko2s?" Then ask what lift they have or if they trimmed! Boom

I am a thinking yes, they almost certainly will. My 285/75/16s rubbed quite a bit with a 3" lift

More than likely, yes. People rub with 285/70r17 and this is a similar size. It's 0.3" shorter but 0.8" wider, which is fairly significant.
