2nd gen bed bolt size is 12x1.25mm. The stock Toyota bolts are 4" long with the last 2" threaded. Replacement bolts must be at least 2 3/4" long. The head of the bed bolt is T55 torx. Stubborn/stuck bed bolts can sometimes be loosened with a large pipe wrench if that torx starts to slip, the pipe wrench will mar the side of the bolt slightly.

2nd gen rear bumper and hitch bolts are 12x1.25mm. The stock Toyota bolts are 1 1/4" long with the last 1" threaded. The head of the bolt uses a 17mm socket/wrench. Alternatively, a 11/16" 6 point socket can be used as well.

I hope this helps someone out.
