I installed RA motorsports element full-length molle panels that I got for Christmas. They work with my softopper with a little modification to the clamps. Cheapest option I've found and only 1 line shorter than the competition

I bought a couple of these and I'm happy. $49 each if you buy 2 or more. I like them because I can put them wherever I want and change it up too.

Cool I'll search around here. The RC price is nice & I'm not sure I like that the Cali version attaches to the front of the bedrail... not sure that matters tho.

I guess it depends on what you use the rails for?

A92FDC80-FA6B-441E-BFCD-FDA7955BFE0B.jpg I recently installed the Rough Country Molle. The install was easy, and had no interference with the OEM Tonneau Cover.

Oh that's sweet. Did you get all 3 panels? Pricing was a little confusing to me. It looked like a good discount for both left & right bedsides. Is there also a discount for the cab side molle too?

I purchased all 3 panels. I believe the cab side panel was 110$, and the 2 bedside panels were 130$

How are these holding up for you? Seriously considering these right now and don't love that there isn't a cutout for OEM bed lights so I'd have to cut a little off the back on both sides.

877D7C98-BA5A-4369-B5ED-391386C94E8B.jpg So far I have no complaints. I have a 3.5 gallon water tank on one side, and a shovel and tow strap on the other. Planning on adding a fire extinguisher, and traction boards in the future.

I probably won’t get a better feel for my setup, until my midwest hunting season.

I also thing a bead of RTV Silicon along the bottom would work and not cause permanent damage.

I have the full Cali-Raised system in my ride. No issues other than the driver side panel has no lower mounting points due to the 2019 cubby delete. I may drill to secure the two points, but it’s solid and doesn’t rattle so it’s no big deal either way. I keep my axe/shovel on passenger side, two 2-gallon stacked Rotopax jugs, first aid kit, and a few MOLLE pouches on front panel and will add one of my fire extinguishers when I get ambitious. Driver side gets several MOLLE pouches for my tiedowns, deflators, small loose items, etc. Biggest thing I’d mention is to weave your MOLLE gear to the panels BEFORE mounting them. MOLLE straps are usually pretty rigid and when you couple that with the steel panels that are fixed to the bed, there’s not a lot of give or room to pull straps through the holes unless you have dainty fingers. You can get by easier if you half-ass weave them like most folks do because they don’t know how to properly weave MOLLE anyway, so your experience may vary. By the way, I bought Kolpin Rhino Grip Flex mounts for my axe/shovel and will be ditching the Quick Fist mounts currently in use. The Quick Fist stuff is garbage and their affixed rubber straps rip super easily(literally on first use) so I’m done with them. The Rhino Grip Flex mount straps are considerably more robust and of much higher quality. Less expensive too and found easily @ Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops instead of specialty stores in which Quick Fist seem only to be found.

I didn’t consider any other brand for MOLLE since Cali-Raised had a BAKFlip application that I needed. Happy with it, although it’d be great to see a composite or kydex or nylon version too which would just as rigid and usable and durable at 1/4 the weight, while also having a bit of flex to make for easier weaving of MOLLE accessories while bolted in place. MOLLE distributes weight quite well, so steel is serious overkill in my opinion for anybody who doesn’t need to carry some large Rotopax or to use the panels for secure tiedown points.

@Saturnine how did you modify the clamps that hold the Softopper rails? I bought the RA Motorsports molle rack and I can't get the bottom piece of that clamp through the holes in molle panel as the clamp is just literally a hair wider than the hole length. But it appears in your photo you did somehow. Can you enlighten me please?

Thanks! My first truck and I’ve been trying to avoid cutting things on it. But this seems pretty straightforward so it may be time I pick up a dremel!
