Bed mats

Looking to get a bed mat for my husband. He has a 2015 short bed. Has anyone heard of Black Armour or would OEM be my best bet?

Just go to you local TSC/Rural King/ or farming store and pick up a horse stall mat. It cost $40 and is 1/2-5/8" thick and more durable than any aftermarket or OEM bed mat. You will have to trim to fit but it will give you and your husband some shop time

 

It's hard to see in this picture but it's pretty much the only bed mat I would ever have again.

 

Would you suggest cutting the mat with not to but in on the post but i am looking to do this but just to cheap to get a bed mat.

What length was the horse mat was it the 5ft or 6ft

 

+1. This is a great deal for the OEM mat, which is pretty thick/durable and sized to fit perfectly.

 

I was interested in getting a mat but is the only benefit to keep things from sliding around?

 

Keeps stuff from sliding around, protects the surface from damage, easier on the knees if you have to crawl in to position/retrieve cargo.

 

Just get the OEM Tacoma bed mat. It looks great, fitment is fantastic, and most importantly it serves it purpose extremely well. If that deal is still ongoing, buy it!! Quit with the workarounds, the horse stall mat and having to cut-it-yer-self. lol But it's great that some people love to create their own versions though!

 

That's a great price for the OEM mat. Perfect fit and no work involved.

 

That's a great price on the OEM mat,but I also went with the horse stall mat. It was around $30 at Rural King. Easy to cut with a boxcutter.
