I recently installed a Diamond Back cover on my 2020 Off-road. After installation I noticed the bulkhead in my bed is not at an even level with the top of the sides of the bed. I am having a difficult time in locking the Diamond Back due to top of the bulkhead being uneven with the sides. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably going to want to get some pics of the issue on here. That will be the first thing someone asks,. By bulkhead, are you referring to the forward wall of the bed against the cab? Are you saying that the L&R sides are at a different height compared to the top of the bed sides?

Yes, theere usually is 1/8 - 3/16 height difference between front and sides.
Unfortunately I don't have any pointers for Op, on how to fix his issue.

I unscrewed mine when adding a rail and then aligned it. That still left some small holes on each side of the front panel. Filled those in with RTV.
