I would LOVE to see some pictures of your Tacoma in the thick of it, dents, scratches, cut fenders, mismatched colors, anything that shows proof of life would be nice. I see picture after picture of Tacoma's looking like some little polished up terd convertible VW Bug (just fine if you're a girl) sitting in a driveway but rarely posts or photos based on function over appearance. I'm not talking about a little mud you washed right off after getting a picture for social media, I'm talking down and dirty!

I'll go first since I seem to get a good deal of appearance based shit from people.

Is this a joke? Your picture is of your truck in a driveway.

Also I have seen plenty of "girl's" trucks that are alot more beat then yours.

those images of the ruts dont do it justice. i couldnt get any closer to the bad part without sinking up to my knee in mud. i was in the midst of a local "bird tournament" with my brother when we were both skunked thus far and close to the deadline when we encountered this quagmire. took me 20 minutes to get out, in 4 lo. never had to use rr diff lock but it convinced me to get a winch.

I drove 13 miles off pavement to this spot. I passed one abandoned 4x4 on the way in / out. Look at the picnic table and you'll get an idea of how deep the snow was. This was late spring. My tires were nowhere near the ground.

This is true, I rarely take pictures of my ride when I'm ragging on it or it's dark out and I'm down some wash someplace. Most of the time it's only because somebody has made fun of my parking job, here are a couple of me not parking my car the best as well as me trying to see how much articulation the family car had.
