Bay Area alignment shop recomendation

My 2019 TRD OR has been pull right since the day I got it. Capitol Toyota in San Jose aligned it 3 times and it's still pulling right. They thought it might have something to do with the tired. They rotated the tires and it started pulling left. They've basically said they won't do anything anymore.

Anyone have any insight on this or know of any good alignment shops in the Southbay area that might be able to help?

Is this post lift? Do you have an alignment sheet from Capitol Toyota to review? Most alignment techs are lazy and just get it in the green, which doesn't really help, especially if you have lift/tires. Not in the South Bay, but AVN Motorsports in Alameda does good work. I have aftermarket UCAs and provided them with my specific specs and they were able to get pretty close to them.

 

It's a completely stock OR and I got it brand new (10 or so miles on it). I think I'm going to go back to them and try to push for a warranty exchange for the tires.

Subscribed. Did a lift 12+ years and never had an alignment done. Been trying to book an appointment at an East Bay shop for 2 years now. Just put on a new set of BFGs (got 110K miles out of the last set) and would really like an alignment done. Drives straight though.

 

I’m interested why you can’t seem to get an appointment for an alignment at some shop, for 2 YEARS?

 

I second this, just got my truck back from Milogen. He did some work for me and had this place do the alignment. They did a good job getting the alignment right.

 

If your truck is completely stock and you plan on keeping it that way, Firestone has life time alignment for $200. You can beat that price. Also, they are only good for stock vehicles since they can't go out of factory specs. If you go to Fremont Alignment they will get her walking straight. Custom alignment in Mountain view are good too, but will cost you double than Fremont Alignment.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere in the east bay for lifted trucks?

Diamond Tire Center in San Rafael was great! Truck is dialed in and their customer service is phenomenal. Mike definitely knows his Toyotas. Highly recommended for anyone in the East Bay.

 

Call the service manager and talk lemon law.
