    Any battery experts out there?

I need to replace the battery and noticed 24F is also a recommended size and that the CCA is higher than for the equivalent size 35. Should I use the 24F or stick to the OEM size 35?

What are the pros and cons of each size?

My Tacoma is completely stock, no high power stereo, etc.

Also, I live in a part of Arizona where the typical winter night is 25-30F, so don't usually have extremely cold weather here.

    Thanks in advance

I use the highest CCA battery that will fit Most often the Interstate MTP-24

Group 24F battery is about 10 lb heavier than group 35 battery of the same series. If group 35 batteries served you well over the last 12 years, I say stick with it.
