I've had two Trackers, my first boat was a TX-17 then a tournament-18.
The17 was pretty much a worry free boat but the longer I owned it the cheaper it was became apparent to me. It was the older riveted design.
The 18 was a the newer welded in a mid V design with a 125 Optimax. The transom and stringers had cracking problems.
I then bought a crestliner 18/90 hp Yamaha. This was a much better boat, heavier gauge aluminum and better build.
Finally age and family obligations moved me on.
Ask a specific question and I will gladly reply.

Thanks. I didn’t need a new boat but couldn’t pass up the price. I have had a few boats but not one with a console or live well.

There are a few holes in the back and no plug in either but it’s holding water. When I turn on the bilge pump water does come out a different hole in the top left corner of the back of the boat.

Not sure what this hole is for either. It’s on the side of the boat ?

Boat is on the wrong trailer and is missing the front seats. Have to change the wood they sit on then hit up the bass pro shop for seats.

Also missing the fish finder and the trolling motor. Fish finder I’m not worried about but I will need a trolling motor.

Needs a good cleaning but other than a few missing things and the wood the seats screw down to its seems pretty solid. Hoping to get some free time this weekend to see if I can start the motor.

That's pretty much the same as my first tracker.
The hole on the side is the inlet for the livewell.
The hole directly in front of the motor is the hull drain and should have a drain plug on the inside.
Not sure what the hole with the white nylon insert is, guessing it's for the pintock tube(speedometer tube)
After a certain time riveted boats will leak, not a big deal. That's why you have a bilge pump. I found a sealant that looked like a green stick that you would melt with a torch and cover the offending rivet.
Many people bad mouth this hull design but ran mine in some seriously heavy waves and it did fine. I will caution that the console can easily be shaken lose. I had to hold my console tightly against the side on a big water day or it would short a wire and kill the motor. Scared the crap out of me, easy fix. Just strengthen the attachment points.

I will have to try to find the plug on the inside this weekend. Can’t really see it under that hatch above. I going to assume these things on the back were for that fish finder?

The cable is broke above that white thing and there is a small wire above it that’s screwed on. That wire goes up into the copartment above with the battery and ends right there. Looks like it was cut.

The top picture is the transducer for the fishfinder. The second looks the the pitock for the speedometer, mine had a hollow tube that ran to the back of the speedo and worked off vacuum. I have seen fish finders that also read speed so maybe this is the sensor for that.
Which still leaves the hole with the white nylon insert unexplained.
Not sure what that is beneath the console, need to follow the wires. It looks aftermarket so it may be fish finder related also.

I know the cap on the left side of the motor is for gas but what is this cap for on the right side of the motor? Has a hose on the underside that goes to the tank next to the fill hose. Not sure if it’s just a vent or not.

And while I’m back here any idea what this cable would be for? Has a rubber plug on the end. Just hanging out on the back.

The second cap is for oil, if your motor is a two stroke that is where you put the two stroke oil. My tracker has one as well but a four stroke motor so I do not use it.
