Base SR has no Visor mirror, ... what do you use?

Yes, i know i can go on ebay and get a junk clip on, but considering the base SR i just got doesnt come with a visor mirror, can i ask you WHAT if anything did you buy to attach to yours?

I don’t have this problem but couldn’t ya just look in the rear view mirror? I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever used the visor mirror in any of my vehicles because the rear view is right there at all times.

 

when ever I look in a mirror, they break. So I don't look at them.

Just buy a rechargeable one, take the clips off if it has them and epoxy/glue it to the visor. They're lithium so you'll charge it once or twice a year.

 

Buys a used one off a higher end model if you need to check your makeup

 

Use the mirror in your bathroom to adjust your eyeliner and lip gloss.

 

I don’t need one but my mom keeps flipping the visor down checking for the mirror and I keep telling her that I’m not paying for something that I won’t use like rear seats.

What kind of lighting do you recommend to make sure you’re rouge isn’t too clownish?

 

Welcome to the forum. To be honest I’ve never used mine in four years but in your case I’d suggest checking out junk yards for one and then wiring it up to the power at the map lights.

 

Never saw the need for the superfluous visor mirrors, especially lighted ones. If you need to fard while driving, use your rear view mirror.

 

My Taco is TRD, didn't know that I had a visor mirror. Thanks for the heads up about something I never use.

 

I ride solo thru life. And I don't think I have even looked at the passenger side visor.

 

You look exactly the same as you did the last time you looked in the mirror. Get a sticker that says this and place it on the sun visor.

 

Just put a picture of your face on the visor .

 

My wife always gets mad when she flips the visor down and there's nothing there.. Then she yells at me and asks who in their right mind would buy a vehicle without a mirror on the visor and I just reach down and turn the radio up louder.

 

That could work until someone else wants to use the mirror.
