Hey there-first time caller, long time listener-

I just dropped a $1300 order for a few items on my new truck from BAM Wholesale. Long story short, one of my Pro wheels showed up damaged. BAM responded quickly wanting pictures but it was radio silence after that. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m curious if any of y’all had any customer service issues with them?

I’m hoping I’m not in for a huge fight but it was on a MasterCard so there’s that protection I suppose. It would have made me feel better if I had gotten the same quick response after I emailed them the pics. The minute I saw the boxes UPS had stacked up, I thought to myself, “I should have gone to my dealer.”

That place has good customer service and good deals with discount codes.Have purchased many orders for my 4 Toyota vehicles. Pro skid plate came up missing hardware package. Sent e-mail and complete package was sent out right away. Maybe new wheel is on the way for delivery.

Exact same thing happened to me when I ordered some wheels from them. They offered to either replace them or let me keep them with a 20% return.

Same thing with my Pro wheels. One came damaged. They asked for pictures and for me to ship it back. I shipped it back with a return label they sent. They were quiet on there end and slow to respond but the replacement wheel showed up a few days later. They are a legit company, no need to file a CC claim.

You were right. They got back to me just a little slower than I would have thought. Everything seems super legit.

They only allow you to link who they want you to. I tried a couple others too and when I hit “post” it was just a bunch of asterisks.

Would you buy a brand new truck with a flat tire on it already? how about a pizza thats missing a slice? There is no reason someone buying new should get a damaged product.

It's more akin to a pizza missing a shred of cheese Imo. But to each their own.

Yep, they are OEM. I just recently received my set of 2020 TRD Pro wheels. One arrived damaged (looks exactly like the OPs damaged wheel). The replacement arrives tomorrow with a return label. Their customer service has been really good.

Ive bought several times from them. The one issue with the dinged wheel was fixed without hassle. Best prices around.

No wonder they're so much cheaper than everyone else. Next.
