    just bought all the stuff, and this might be dumb question but I'm still asking to be sure haha, i wire both power wires of the mirror and the camera to the reverse wire correct?

    gotcha, thank you. i plan on tapping the backup camera power into the reverse light wires at the taillight then tap the camera's power wire into the reverse wire in the driver's kick panel. hopefully that works.

    sooooo, I'm horrible with electrical and whatnot. i have the mirror and all the wires ran, but since the mirror has one power wire but 2 red and black wires coming out of it; do i only connect the red one to the reverse wire and the black to a ground? or just splice the whole wire from the mirror into the reverse wire? sorry if that was confusing lol.
