Not sure if it's what you're looking for but I have the KBVoodoo Hi-Rise bars. It allows me to run my tonneau cover and can be easily taken off in under 1 minute to access the entire bed. Currently it is set up to carry my bikes but can be used with a basket or tent.

4 EZ Grip screws (2 per crossbar) and then the crossbars pop up out of the brackets.

Yessir. Love it. Mounts really sturdy, too. Wish I had a better pic it’s dark out now. I use it for pipe/ladders mostly.

It's the Leer HF350M. It does leak a little on the sides when closed (not sure if it's due to the Hi-Rise brackets or the shape of the Tacoma's bed) but with a bed mat, my items stay dry. I love that it folds all the way up to allow full access to the bed.

Not gonna lie, I completely misread the title as BedRack. Good luck with your search!

I just installed the backrack, it's super sturdy. Only thing I don't love is that it moves my toolbox into the bed quite a ways because it needs more room for the lid to open, and the rack sits against, not on top of the bed rail up against the cab. I took that rail off to move the rack closer, but then there is nothing to reinforce the front of the bed and it flexes very easily. If I can, I'll try to bolt an extension onto the back of the rack that can go down and also bolt to the bed where the original rail sits, but for now I just left it in so I don't worry about any cargo sliding forward and pushing the bed into the cab. Overall though, if you're looking for a back rack, I recommend it.

Check their website if it’s a BackRack brand. They make various brackets for it to better accommodate toolboxes/covers ETC. Unless you have them already. They still aren’t always perfect for every setup.

Yeah, I have the correct brackets for a toolbox, the problem isn't really a problem but just a byproduct of how the tacoma's bed is designed, as well as how the mounting points for the backrack are installed. The real issue is that since I have a short bed, I am paranoid about losing any space, so coming up with a solution to gain back a couple of inches is more of a personal thing, not trying to knock backrack. I think they've made as good a product as they can for universal fitment. I'll try to take a picture of what I'm talking about just as an FYI to others, as well as my proposed solution if I can make it work.
